Marketing and Art Production Assistant

The Marketing and Art Production Assistant supports the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies contributing to the overall growth and success of Marketing and Art Department initiatives. Responsibilities include crafting digital and printed marketing materials, presentations, and content for social media platforms and websites. Additionally, the role involves coordinating video shoots, photo shoots and trade shows. The Marketing and Art Production Assistant will also provide vital support to the Art Department by managing clerical duties, maintaining departmental assets, and organizing correspondence and files. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the art production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
  •  Create internal marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  •  Support development and implementation of brand guidelines.
  •  Generate engaging content for social media platforms and company website.
  •  Provide support with coordinating company video and photo shoots.
  •  Assist with marketing efforts and booth merchandising for trade shows.
  •  Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  •  Maintain marketing databases and track campaign performance metrics.
  •  Support the Art Department with clerical tasks and administrative duties.
  •  Organize and maintain files, documents, and digital assets.
  •  Assist in the coordination of schedules and logistics for Art production jobs.
  •  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow, project tracking and project completion.
  •  Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department, Sales team and Art Department.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required.

  •  Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a professional office environment required.
  •  Experience with basic design platforms, such as Canva required.
