Able to operate either a electric or propane forklift. Wrap or bag the pallets of product. Label the pallet then put into locations in a timely manner. Scan any movements of pallets using a hand held RF scanner to assure that locations and inventory levels are correct.

Detail to quality is important to meet our customer’s standards. Be flexible and able to multi task as needed. Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions. Must be knowledgeable in sitting of molds and performing die changes, perform color and material changeovers. Must be able to startup and maintain injection molding machines and adjust cycle times to maintain production standards. Being able to adjust Yushin robots is a plus.

Summary
Maintenance technician applies electronic theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related knowledge to layout, build, test, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. This position is also responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility as well as any other electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues that arise.
Shift Hours are from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.

Reporting to the CFO, the Operations Controller develops and implements strategic operational financial objectives to optimize profitability, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth. Establishes the finance operations team as a value-added and analytical business partner to operations’ senior leadership team as important strategic and operational decisions are made. Monitors plant operation results against operating plans and directs the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control plant activities and costs. Leads the plant financial and capital budgeting process. Recommends and implements programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. Ensures the plant’s financial control processes and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and provide required information.

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, with dotted line to Production Manager, develop new products in a timely manner, achieving company goals for quality, cost, and delivery. Support assigned areas in meeting objectives for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Associate Engagement. Establish continuous improvement through processing skills, troubleshooting and company systems/procedures.

The Process Technician is responsible for performing die, color, and material changeovers. Process Technicians start up and maintain injection molding machines as well as adjust cycle times to meet production standards. Additional responsibilities include adjusting the injection molding process as needed to meet company quality standards.
