Injection Molding Process Technician- Second shift

Summary

Perform adjustments to the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable Quality to M&M standards. Must be knowledgeable in sitting of molds and performing die changes, perform color and material changeovers. Must be able to startup and maintain injection molding machines and adjust cycle times to maintain production standards. Being able to adjust Yushin robots is a plus.

Process Technician Apprentice 12-hour shift Process Technician Apprentice 12-hour shift

The Process Technician Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced Process Technicians to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize the injection molding machines and processes. The Process Technician Apprentice is responsible for the startup and maintenance of injection molding machines as well as adjusting cycle times to meet production standards. They will assist with die changes, color changeovers, and material changeovers. They are additionally responsible for making appropriate adjustments to the injection molding process to meet quality standards. Over time, the apprentice will develop the expertise required to become a fully qualified Process Technician, capable of independently managing molding operations to meet production goals and quality standards.

Maintenance Planner

Summary
Provide basic functions in assisting the maintenance department under direction of the maintenance manager to ensure parts are order and inhouse CMMS is in working order and up to date.

Production Packer – 12 Hour Shifts

Shift Hours are from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.

Summary

Operators are responsible for the assembling and packing pails or lids. Too correctly install handles or triggers into the product in a timely manner. Detail to quality is important to meet our customer’s standards. Be flexible and able to multi task as needed. Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions. Process Technician, Night Shift (12 hours)

Must be a results oriented hands-on leader with a passion for implementing and sustaining improvements, the ability to think strategically, solve problems, lead members, and drive quality in their facilities.

Shift /Line Leads are integral members of the M & M Industries Inc. team and responsible for implementing and sustaining change, controlling inventory and material flow, ensuring to meet the needs of customers, and driving to bottom line results.

Day to day, this individual is responsible for communicating expectations, motivating team members, teaching new processes, mentoring members, sharing experiences of best practices, empowering members to recognize and make improvements, and leading department initiatives. Also oversees and support the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable quality to M&M standards. Knowledge of auxiliary equipment such as Beck robotic automation, Martin Automation, and Kase Heat Transfer Application is a plus.

Quality Control Technician _ 3rd Shift

Summary

The Quality Control Technician performs product and material inspection and testing to ensure compliance with specifications. This role also utilizes knowledge of quality control, production operations, and documentation to participate in process improvements and investigations.

EH&S Coordinator

Position Overview:

The EHS Coordinator supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, assisting with training, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety records. This role plays a key part in hazard prevention, employee engagement, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Tool Maker I & II

Summary

Reads and interprets complex engineering drawings and work-process documentation. Designs, builds, and repairs molds used to mass-produce plastic components. Builds precision mold components using conventional and numerically controlled metal-cutting machines and equipment, including saws, drills, grinders, lathes, mills, and electrical discharge machines.  Provides support to the production departments by assisting in solving and repairing existing tooling problems.  Effectively manage and prioritize daily activities to meet all due dates.

Xeikon Print Operator, 2nd Shift (8 hours)

Summary

Must be able to complete print jobs independently and maintain appropriate set-up to start-up time ratio.

Job Duties:
• Perform test such as temperature, relative humidity, material density, and moisture tests for proper UV drying of ink
• Perform routine operator level maintenance and preventative maintenance on printer
• Load appropriate digital files according to job specifications
• Adjust web tensions and toner flow
• Perform print registration
• Calibrate printer to ensure inputs and selections made on the printer are working properly
• Work as an offset printer operator when required
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician III

Maintenance technician 3 applies electronic theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related knowledge to layout, build, test, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. This position is also responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility as well as any other electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues that arise.
