Injection Molding / Blow Molding / Die Casting Process Technician – 2nd Shift – Phoenix, AZ – Relocation Available

Join a high-performing team in Phoenix producing precision-molded components with state-of-the-art equipment. We’re looking for an experienced Process Technician with a background in injection molding, blow molding, or die casting — someone who can operate cranes to hang large molds, set up presses, and keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate overhead cranes to hang & secure large molds in presses
  • Set up and adjust molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and tooling for production runs
  • Troubleshoot process deviations, defects, and equipment issues
  • Perform mold & material changeovers with proper documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering on new mold trials and process validation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S principles

What You Bring:

  • Experience in injection molding (preferred), blow molding, or die casting
  • Ability to safely operate overhead cranes to hang molds
  • RJG Level One, AIM, or Routsis certification (or equivalent)
  • Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills
  • Strong safety mindset in a manufacturing environment
