- Must be able to multi- task and work independently in a fast- paced production environment
- Must be able to work around grease, oils, and solvents without adverse reaction
- Must be able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms
- Able to work with other maintenance, process and production personnel as necessary or directed in problem solving of equipment and production issues
- Able to read and interpret, on a basic level, ladder logic, pneumatic, instrumentation, hydraulic and electrical drawings and manuals
- Use of precision measuring, gauging tools and electrical meters
- Experience with AC and DC motors, starters, PLC, capacitance & inductive sensors, relays, etc.
- Lean 5s experience is a plus
- Must be able to take a written skills assessment test prior to hiring
- Must be available to work any shift
Physical Job Requirements:
- Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, climbing, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving (up to 75 pounds). Must be able to work from elevated platforms and ladder lifts.
