Essential Functions:

• Always focus on safety - safe working habits, safe work area, and follow all general industrial safety guidelines. Contact supervisor or team leader if any safety problems are observed.

• Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality

• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment in production areas.
• Use machine tool manuals technical documents and vendor resources to research and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems
• Basic understanding IML Set up and Troubleshooting
• Basic understanding Heat Transfer Machine(s) set up and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read mechanical schematics
• Diagnose electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment using meters, gauges and other testing methods.
• Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic devices.
• Prepares work areas to ensure tools needed are available and in proper working order.
• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems while demonstrating proactive maintenance concepts and employees’ best practices.
• Effectively communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors regarding safety/quality/production concerns.
• Maintains good housekeeping using the 5S principles.
• Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment.
• Responsible to attend any training classes scheduled by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
