Print Pallet Puller

Pallet pullers are responsible for keeping machines supplied with product from the warehouse and removing finished product from the machines to be wrapped for the customer.  This position involves the use of a scan gun and is responsible for the systematic flow of product and material consumption.

Essential Functions:

  • Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Make trays and place on pallets as needed.
  • Able to identify the proper color tray needed on the pallet for that order
  • Maintains product flow to the machine to ensure no downtime
  • Pull pallets of finished goods and replace with empty one
  • Off load product from pallet to the machine when necessary
  • Systematically scans product to work orders for consumption
  • Visually and systematically validates completion of each pallet of finished goods
  • Verifies inventory counts
  • Tracks labels consumed for each work order
  • Able to fill in on machines for breaks or when short on staff
  • Responsible for keeping the work area clean and organized.
  • Performs all other duties assigned.

Must be able to lift, pull and handle a minimum of 45-50 pounds repetitively

Detail orientated and organized

Perform work from a standing position and consist of walking the entire shift

•All work is performed in a manufacturing environment which may be hot/cold and requires the use of PPE at all times (eye glasses, etc., where required)

Able to use a manual pallet jack

Able to use scan gun and understand product flow

This position is on first shift. Hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday. Able to work overtime when needed.
