Production Supervisor- First Shift

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This isn’t just about managing output — it’s about leading people, driving improvements, and ensuring our operations run with safety, quality, and integrity at the core.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and develop hourly team members, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality production.
  • Monitor machine operation and quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead key performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, scrap, quality, and scheduled hours.
  • Assign work, communicate priorities, and align resources across shifts.
  • Onboard, train, and coach team members using M&M’s best practices.
  • Partner with Quality, Materials, Safety, and Maintenance to drive results.
  • Champion safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale improvements using lean tools and principles.
  • Perform Systematic Workplace Organization, Autonomous Maintenance, and Safety Initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Injection molding experience HIGHLY preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Lean Sigma is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and results-driven leadership skills.
  • Ability to build teamwork and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
