Process Technician- Second Shift

Summary

Perform adjustments to the injection molding process as needed to maintain acceptable Quality to M&M standards. Must be knowledgeable in sitting of molds and performing die changes, perform color and material changeovers. Must be able to startup and maintain injection molding machines and adjust cycle times to maintain production standards. Being able to adjust Yushin robots is a plus.

Follows safety policies and LOTO procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Records data, creates set up sheets, maintains change logs.

Perform first piece inspections of finished parts after a changeover.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and handle a minimum of 45-55 pounds occasionally

Good hand and eye coordination a must

All work is performed in a manufacturing environment which may be hot/cold; requires the use of PPE at all times (eyeglasses, ear plugs where required, etc.)

Two to three years related experience in injection molding, mold set-up and troubleshooting are a plus

Prior experience working on molding machines such as Husky, BMB, Van Dorn and/or Milacron are a plus

Basic computer skill knowledge

Production Labeler- Second Shift

Summary

To scan the work order and input information to produce a bar code tracking label. This label enables the tracking of material, color, machinery, molds and operator that was used to produce our product

Essential Functions:

· Follows our safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

· Responsible for replenishing gaskets and silicone as need in the gasket room

· Scans work order and inputs the information required

· Prints and puts labels on the pallets of finished products

· Communicates with the supervisor when an order is near completion

· Responsible for keeping the work area clean and organized

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Must be able to lift and handle a minimum of 20 pounds repetitively

· Must be able to use a hand held RF scanner

· Good hand and eye coordination a must

This position is also responsible for the daily repairs and preventative maintenance of all equipment throughout the facility as well as any other electrical, mechanical or plumbing issues that arise.

Human Resources Generalist

Summary

The HR Generalist supports the human resources function of the organization. This position is responsible for a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Generalist is a trusted resource for employees and management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training.
  • Make some entry level hiring decisions.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Summary

Plans, organizes and controls production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.  Directly oversees all manufacturing supervisors.

Tool Maker I / Tool Maker II

Reads and interprets complex engineering drawings and work-process documentation. Designs, builds, and repairs molds used to mass-produce plastic components. Builds precision mold components using conventional and numerically controlled metal-cutting machines and equipment, including saws, drills, grinders, lathes, mills, and electrical discharge machines.  Provides support to the production departments by assisting in solving and repairing existing tooling problems.  Effectively manage and prioritize daily activities to meet all due dates.
